TRAVELOGUES
Over the years I have been fortunate enough to travel extensively and Catherine and I have taken some interesting images. More for our own amusement than anything, I have written up some of these trips and illustrated them often with her images (they are usually better than mine). I don't pretend to be a travel writer, rather I try to record odd, interesting, funny (sometimes all three) things that happened. So far we have been round the Mediterranean, from Berlin to Moscow by train, Ireland, the Americas North and South but so far not Central, and Asia.
I started with "Cruising the Mediterranean", and added as I went. I signal recent ones on my home page but the effect is that the most recent are at the bottom of the list, which is inconvenient. I'll fix that sometime, but meanwhile I hope you like them.
I have pasted some key photos in the text of the travelogues but now I'm on to Picasa I can put them all up-- SEE SLIDESHOW after the READ instruction. Some of the old ones are from film slides that have deteriorated, but recent ones are digital so they are better quality and there are more of them.
